The controller for data processing on this website is Sebastian Wild Ltd, Chrysoupoleos 23, MARKYRIA 11, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 203, Agios Nikolaos, 6041, Larnaca, Zypern. Contact: sebastian.travo@gmail.com.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser information) — so-called server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use Supabase for database and login (processor, data processing agreement in place). Login is passwordless via magic link: your email address is processed and a login email is sent. Supabase session cookies are technically required for login.
When you apply we process: email address, name (optional), links to your channels, information on views and content, and your digital contract acceptance (name, timestamp). Purpose: reviewing and running your program participation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Rejected applications are deleted after 6 months at the latest.
Approved creators can store payment details in the dashboard (PayPal address or IBAN). We use these exclusively to pay out commissions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and retain them within statutory retention periods (up to 10 years under tax and commercial law).
We attribute referred subscriptions via your creator code. In doing so we process pseudonymous app-user references from our subscription system (RevenueCat) — no real names of app users. Purpose: calculating and evidencing your commissions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We only use technically necessary or functional cookies: language (travo_locale), currency (travo_currency), theme mode, and the Supabase login session. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and no ad networks embedded. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
The website links to external services (e.g. TikTok, Apple App Store). The respective providers are responsible for their data processing; their privacy policies apply once you click through.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Simply contact sebastian.travo@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — for us, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus); you can also contact the authority where you live.
Applications are decided by a human. There is no profiling and no automated individual decision-making.
