Terms — Creator Program

These terms govern participation in the creator program for the travo.ai app, operated by Sebastian Wild Ltd (“operator”). Creators promote the app and receive a commission for referred, actually realized subscriptions. By submitting the application and digitally accepting the creator agreement, these terms are deemed accepted.

Participation requires an application, the operator's explicit approval and a minimum age of 18. There is no right to admission. Information provided in the application must be truthful.

The commission is 50 % of net proceeds (sale price less taxes and app store fees) from the first subscription year of each clearly attributed subscription. Current reference values: yearly plan $12.75, quarterly plan $4.25, monthly plan $2.12. Decisive is the amount actually paid out to the operator by the app store. Founding conditions: for the first 25 approved creators the 50 % rate applies permanently; creators admitted later may receive a different rate, communicated upon approval.

Attribution happens via the creator's personal code, which the user enters in the app. Only clearly attributed, actually paid subscriptions are compensated. Retroactive attribution without a code is excluded.

Payout happens once the corresponding revenue has reached the operator from the app store. Apple settles in fiscal months; payout to the creator is usually made on the 5th of the second month following the sale, via PayPal or SEPA transfer to the payment details stored in the dashboard. Amounts below €5 may be combined with the following payout. Refunded, cancelled or charged-back subscriptions are not compensated; commissions already paid out for later-refunded subscriptions may be offset against future payouts.

The creator promotes travo.ai truthfully and labels promotional content per the rules of the respective platform and country (e.g. “ad” / “#ad”). Prohibited in particular: misleading claims and invented prices, bought reach, bots or other artificial interactions, spam, and infringement of third-party rights (including copyright and trademark rights in image and audio material used). Violations may lead to exclusion.

Rights in the creator's own posts remain with the creator. The creator grants the operator the simple, revocable right to feature submitted or linked posts on the program website (e.g. link, title, thumbnail and metrics in the leaderboard). Revocation is possible informally with effect for the future.

The creator acts independently; no employment, commercial agency or partnership relationship is created. The creator is responsible for taxation of their commissions.

Either side may end participation at any time in text form (e.g. email). Commissions already confirmed but not yet paid out from regular sales remain valid and are paid at the next regular date. In case of fraud or manipulation (e.g. fake interactions, self-purchases to generate commission), open commissions are forfeited and the creator is excluded.

The operator may adjust these terms with effect for the future (e.g. commission rates for future sales, payout modalities). Material changes are communicated by email or in the dashboard. If the creator continues participating, the changed terms apply; otherwise they may end participation — commissions already earned remain unaffected.

The operator is liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, contract-typical damage. No specific reach, conversion or earnings level is guaranteed; all earnings figures on the website are non-binding estimates based on past data.

The law of the Republic of Cyprus applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the creator's country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the agreement remains effective.
